Often considered the most difficult areas of painting the portrait or figure, Michael Shane Neal will conduct a three day workshop at his private studios focusing on the principles, techniques and details of painting the hands in oil. Work from live models, see demonstrations by Neal as well as illustrated lectures on the many aspects of capturing likeness and character of your model’s hands. Improve your skills through classroom exercises on this challenging subject as Neal offers suggestions easel to easel as you work. Increase your knowledge and confidence in creating beautiful hands in every portrait and figure painting!
