Michael Shane Neal's portrait of famed actor Richard Thomas will be unveiled on April 18, 2010 at the Players Club in New York, Ny. Neal has also completed portraits of actors Humphrey Bogart, John Barrymore, Marian Seldes, and Gerald Schoenfeld for the club.

Michael Shane Neal's portrait of former Majority Leader Bill Frist will be unveiled at the United States Capitol in September 2010. It will be Neal's second official Majority Leader portrait to be installed in the Senate's art collection. Other portraits completed by Neal for the U. S. Senate include Senator Arthur Vandenberg and Senator Robert C. Byrd.
